[It looks like this morning is seeing the return of that incessant, rapid-fire knocking that's indicating that Top Dollar wants to talk and he wants to talk right fucking now; it's loud despite the gloves (because as always, this man doesn't really understand restraint), but as usual it's also not accompanied with shouting or anything, so it's not...completely and alarmingly urgent.

It's also not five in the morning. Thankfully. It's seven? Which is unusual. But at least it's not five.
